I have been on an RCA Rt training course and want to use the software to complete my accreditation exercises. How do I obtain my free access?

Click on the FREE TRIAL button and complete steps 1 and 2. Remember to enter the email address at step 1 exactly as it was recorded during your training. At the top of the screen in the third step you will be asked to enter the serial number from the bottom of your RCA Rt certificate. The software will compare the serial number and email address that you have entered with the serial number and email address entered by your RCA Rt instructor. If they are the same then you will be able to access the Free Trial and gain the advantage of an on-going discount.

Why do I enter credit card details for the free trial?

We offer a free trial of RCA Rt so you can see for yourself how easy it is to use. However, it costs us to provide this service to you and so we must limit our offer to one free trial per customer. If you have been to an RCA Rt training course there is no need to enter your credit card details as you just enter you training course serial number. However if you have not been on a training course then your valid credit card number helps us verify that you're qualified for one free trial.
Having a credit card on file also gives you a hassle-free way to become a RCA Rt subscriber. To ensure uninterrupted service, when your trial ends your account can be automatically converted to a paid plan and charged to your credit card. If you do not wish to subscribe, you can easily change your Subscription Option on your Billing Information page.
This is a risk-free trial. You will NOT be charged if you cancel anytime during your free trial period. The first time you log on after your free trial period you will be asked whether you wish to continue

Can I cancel my subscription easily?

Yes. Just go to the Sysadmin menu button at the top of the RCA2go software screen and click on it to access you account screen. Click on the cancel subscription and no further costs will be charged to you.
