Yes this easy to do if you are the account holder for the site.
Click on the Admin button at the top of the rca2go software screen. If you are the account holder or you have been allocated user management priveleges then you will see the "manage users" item in the menu. Click on it and you will see a listing of existing users. You will also see a "New" button which you may click on to add a user. Read below to understand how the cost for the extra user is calculated.
You may be wondering how payment is calculated for the extra user given that the account may have so many different discounts. You will see that it is easy to see what plan you are on. It is also easy to change between plans and discounts, or if you would rather not then it is also easy to simply add users at the single user rate.
There are really four cases;
- You chose monthly subscription and you chose the Single or Multi User options when you registered.
- If you click the "new" button on the sysadmin menu to generate a new user then a pop up will show you the projected cost based on the options you have selected. Click OK to accept and add the user.
- The additional user will be at the single user rate. I.e. The corporate user discounted rate would not apply.
- The fee for the remainder of the month would be calculated on a pro rata basis and would be added to the end of month fee calculation.
- You can upgrade your corporate user options whenever you like so that you can increase it before or after you add the extra user to get the corporate user discount. If you increase the corporate user number before the end of the month then it will apply for additions during the month.
2. You chose monthly subscription and you chose the Corporate option.
- If you click the "new" button on the Admin - manage users menu to generate a new user and your current number of users is less than you selected when setting up the account then the new user screen opens. In this case the new user will be at the corporate discount rate which may be an eighth of the normal rate, an 88% discount!
- If you click the "new" button on the sysadmin menu to generate a new user and your current number of users is equal or greater than you selected for the corporate rate then a pop up will show you the projected cost based on the options you have selected. Click OK to accept and add the user. This extra user is at the normal single user rate because the number you have selected for the corporate rate is exceeded. I.e. The corporate user rate would not apply.
- The fee for the remainder of the month would be calculated on a pro rata basis and would be added to the end of month fee calculation.
- You can upgrade your corporate user options whenever you like so that you can increase it before or after you add the extra user to get the corporate user discount. If you increase the corporate user number before the end of the month then it will apply for additions during the month.

You chose annual subscription and you chose the Single or Multi User options when you registered.
- If you click the "new" button on the Admin menu to generate a new user, and you already have three users registered in the case of multi, then a pop up will show you the projected cost based on the options you have selected. Click OK to accept and add the user.
- The additional users, after the third in the case of multi and after the first in the case of single user, will be at the single user rate. I.e. The corporate user discounted rate would not apply.
- The fee for new users would be aplied at the monthly rate for the remainder of the month and would be calculated on a pro rata basis and would be added to the end of month fee calculation.
- At the end of the annual subscrion you would be offered the opportunity to include all added users in the annual subscription rate so they can benefit from the 20% discount.
- You can upgrade to the corporate user option whenever you like. If you upgrade to corporate user then the remainder of annual subscription would go to the credit of the new annual subscription which would start a new annual subscription year.

Click OK to accept and add the user. This extra user is at the normal single user rate because the number you have selected for the corporate rate is exceeded.

- If you click the "delete" button on the sysadmin menu to delete a user and your current number of users is equal or greater than you selected for the corporate rate then a pop up will show you the projected reduction in cost based on the options you have selected. Click OK to accept and delete the user. This deleted user would have been at the normal single user rate because the number of users was in excess of the number you selected for the corporate rate.
- At the end of the month the new monthly fee would be calculated on the number of users enroled at the end of the month. There would be no credit for the part of the month when the user number was reduced.
- You can downgrade your corporate user options whenever you like however the downgraded number would not apply until the end of the month calculations.

- In this case a reduction number of users will not affect the cost.
- You can downgrade from Multi to Single user whenever you wish and the annual subscription will be automatiacally changed to Single user.

- If you click the "delete" button on the sysadmin menu to delete a user and your current number of users is less than you selected when setting up the account then the user is deleted and there is no effect on cost.
- If you click the "delete" button on the sysadmin menu to delete a user and your current number of users is greater than you selected for the corporate rate then a pop up will show you the projected reduction in cost based on the options you have selected. Click OK to accept and delete the user. This deleted user would have been at the normal single user rate because the number you had selected for the corporate rate was exceeded.
- At the end of the month the new monthly fee would be calculated on the number of users enroled at the end of the month. There would be no credit for the part of the month when the user number was reduced.
- You can downgrade the number selected for the calculation of corporate rate at any time the annual subscription will be automatiacally changed to that number when it is calculated.
