Update Summary
The following summarizes changes to the software in the latest release.
Version 1.5 released 1 October 2009
- Example databases have been added for both RCA and RCM that are open publicly to all users.
- All users have access to the example databases.
- All uses can copy a project from their own database to the public example database. Be careful that you do not copy confidential or copyright information to the public example database.
- All users can copy an example from the public database to their own database and then edit to suit their own requirements..
- A user who adds an example to the public database can enter and edit it and delete it if they wish at a future time. We hope that authors of examples will continue to enhance and improve their examples as time goes by.
- A keyword function has been added.
- Users can add keywords and author names to files so that they can be found more easily.
- Additional reports have been added.
- The “combination” report shows all aspects of a project / incident in the one report. So text, photos and cause tree are included in the single report.
- Users can select between standard reports and “CSV” reports. CSV refers to the file type being “Comma spaced variable”. Users can open CSV files with notepad or other editing tool and copy and paste parts of the report into their own Word or other document
- New buttons and links enhance navigation.
- Icons on navigation buttons have been enhanced.
- Additional links within navigation menus have been increased.
